Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food products cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Once our team will approve your return request, return shipping will be arranged by us at no extra cost.
- Full refund will be issued after the pickup of the product.
- If you have received the same product which you have ordered but now you don’t want that product anymore or changed your mind for any reason, in that case return shipping will be paid by you (buyer).

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Customs and Taxes Conditions:
- Any sort of customs duty will be decided by buyer’s country customs department and will be paid by buyer at the time of delivery or at your local customs office.
- If your state have some VAT regulations that will be paid by buyer at the time of delivery.
- Please note Customs duty or VAT is not shipping charges so please don’t confuse between them. Your shipping charges are already paid by us.
- No request for mentioning the wrong value of package will be entertained.
- Please confirm taxes and customs charges for your country before placing your order.
- If you refuse any package due to non payment of customs duty or VAT. No refund will be issued in that case.
Cancellation Policy Conditions:
- Once an order is placed it will consider as full and final transaction.
- If you had placed your order for wrong product by mistake, please contact us and our team will do our best to resolve this issue for you.
- If you want to completely cancel your order, you can contact us. We’ll charge you 10% for cancelling your order.
- Once an order is dispatched from our end, no cancellation request will be entertained.
