Shipping terms and conditions:
- Product will be dispatched with in 3 days via India Post or DHL as Registered Airmail which required signature confirmation at the time of delivery.
- All our products are listed with FREE SHIPPING.
- Price shown to you is the final price excluding customs or VAT depending on your state and country.
- Here is the expected time frame for delivery of packages in your country:
USA : 15-30 working days.
UK: 15-20 working days.
Australia: 15-30 working days.
New Zealand: 15-30 working days.
Russia: 25-40 working days.
Israel: 30-60 working days.
Europe: 20-30 working days. - If you do not receive the items even after 30 days, kindly contact us, we will look into it. It may take 30-40 days for few countries which do not have direct cargo service.
- If you need your order sooner then expected time frame, please contact us and we’ll provide you expedited shipping. Cost of expedited shipping will provided to you according to your country.
- If your package doesn’t reach you with in time frame mentioned. We’ll check with our courier partner and in case of missing package full refund will be provided to you.
- Refund will be provided in your original payment method only.
Returns and Refunds conditions:
Our refund and returns policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food products cannot be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

- Once our team will approve your return request, return shipping will be arranged by us at no extra cost.
- Full refund will be issued after the pickup of the product.
- If you have received the same product which you have ordered but now you don’t want that product anymore or changed your mind for any reason, in that case return shipping will be paid by you (buyer).
- Full refund will be issued after getting the product back
- Refund will be provided in your original payment method only.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Customs and Taxes Conditions:
- Any sort of customs duty will be decided by buyer’s country customs department and will be paid by buyer at the time of delivery or at your local customs office.
- If your state have some VAT regulations that will be paid by buyer at the time of delivery.
- Please note Customs duty or VAT is not shipping charges so please don’t confuse between them. Your shipping charges are already paid by us.
- No request for mentioning the wrong value of package will be entertained.
- Please confirm taxes and customs charges for your country before placing your order.
- If you refuse any package due to non payment of customs duty or VAT. No refund will be issued in that case.
Cancellation Policy Conditions:
- Once an order is placed it will consider as full and final transaction.
- If you had placed your order for wrong product by mistake, please contact us and our team will do our best to resolve this issue for you.
- If you want to completely cancel your order, you can contact us. We’ll charge you 10% for cancelling your order.
- Once an order is dispatched from our end, no cancellation request will be entertained.
